Time to Get Serious. Time to Hustle.

Entrepreneurs, nonprofits and small businesses owners, I’m talking to you. Our great ideas will never flourish until we get serious.

We need to become scholars about our industries.

We need to know our target audience.

We need to leverage what makes our approach unique and appealing to those we mean to serve.

We need to speak their language and we need to market our programs, products and services in a way that will draw attention and boost enrollment.

It’s time to pick up the pace and get serious about this work. If we intend to launch our operation to the next level, it’s time to hustle.

It’s no secret that I am one of (literally) millions of followers of Brendon Burchard. I’ve based my entire practice on his work helping entrepreneurs to create and market products, programs and services -- and I gain absolutely nothing by saying so. His approach is tested and proven-effective on every conceivable contemporary platform to the point of revolutionizing what he has dubbed the "experts industry."

A multiple New York Times #1 bestselling author, speaker and serial entrepreneur, Brendon is the next wave of creating content and marketing to a global audience. How would I know this? I simply chose to become a student of best practice and I hustled.

Brendon and countless other over-achievers before him have said, when you knock on the door of opportunity, work answers the door. I don’t subscribe to any get-a-rich programs. This is about learning my craft, industry, market, and the tools and techniques to take my game to a higher level.

Burchard’s internationally acclaimed bestseller Millionaire Messenger, has become my personal Catcher in the Rye. I’m currently doing an immersion in his Total Product Blueprint online course series. In September of this year, I attended his dance-party-themed Experts Academy conference in Santa Clara. If you are ready to take things up a notch (or two), and find that you are spinning your wheels, you can continue endlessly searching for answers on Facebook and YouTube or you can stop and focus your investment on the single-most effective strategist out there.

I’m following in Burchard’s footsteps for three reasons.

1. His powerful message leads with heart. Period. Don’t get me wrong, he is probably one of the highest paid entrepreneurs in history, but he leads with heart. His message is simple: If we have a unique voice or perspective (and we all do) we have a responsibility to share it. When we share our knowledge in service to others, we become part of the solution to improving quality of life. That’s our bottom line.

2. The best experts are students first. When we commit to life-long learning, we work from a position of humility, not arrogance. We continuously look for ways to learn, grow, innovate, and stay inspired. In doing so, we lead by example. Experts look to others, encourage collaboration and a free-flow of information for the common good. This is why I helped form a local Mastermind group in my own community. (Emily Hightower and Elinor Fish, you guys rock!)

3. With Brendon, there’s no fluff. The content is compelling, current, relevant and useful – right out of the box. In my work, I say that great curriculum is universally applicable. I want something I can implement with proven-effective results, without the gimmicky fillers or the Harvard MBA. Burchard’s content is bomb-proof and he always throws in a few bonuses to exceed expectations; that’s the value-add, something complimentary you didn’t even know you wanted, with a smile.

I’m on a commitment to launch my first line of products within the next ninety days. I’ve taken the challenge with hundreds of thousands like me, from across the globe. If you are ready, I challenge you to find a mentor. Pick one, or two, or five – but become a scholar of your industry.

Stop treating your business like a hobby.

I recommend Burchard’s work for the same reason most of the current New York Times #1 bestsellers are graduates of his program. I invite you to try the Kool Aid. It’s delicious!

(I am not an affiliate of Brendon Burchard's programs. I stand to gain NOTHING from recommending him or his programs. I do so, simply, to share what inspires and has worked for me.)
